Overview

The Empire Swim Academy group classes include Learn To Swim 3 levels, Advanced,  Strokes Development, Pre-competitive, Competitive and Adults programs. The Empire Swim Academy goal is to to develop swim program to its full potential, resulting in Learning to swim, gaining water safety knowledge, be confident in the water and unlock personal potential through the Safest and the most enjoyable swimming lessons to as many people as possible.

Learn to swim (Divided on Levels 1 to 3)

Designed to teach aquatic and personal water safety skills in safest and the most enjoyable atmosphere. These programs are suited for beginners and basic swimmers who wish to learn how to swim, improve their swimming ability or prepare for the competitive program.

It is group program where students learn in a group with similar swimming abilities students. We believe that in a group children learn from each other more advanced skills. Our swim program focuses on safety and ability to swim a minimum of 300 meters. Classes based on up to 1/6 ratio, instructor/students.

 

 

Advanced

Advanced program focuses on the technical development of the different swim strokes and on building up the required stamina and endurance to prepare young swimmers for the next level.

Swimmers will be assessed by the coach through out the practices and will be placed on their next level.

Advanced program is offered 2 days a week. Please refer to schedule, timing and fees.

 

 

 

Strokes Development

Our Strokes Development program is designed for young children with previous swimming experience and who would like to improve their strokes technique and swimming skills in a positive environment.

Children who enjoy this program and want to increase their swimming time can also move into our Advanced or Pre-competitive program if and when ready.

 

 

 

Pre-Competitive Team

This program is designed to help give your child love of the sport of swimming. Pre-Competitive program is early stages of competitive swimming. This program is lead and directed by our High Performance Coaching staff, which allows swimmers to get first hand experience of professional coaching while developing their talents.

Participants should be able to successfully perform freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, with sense of rhythmic breathing, for at least 25 meters

 

 

Competitive Squads

Our Competitive program is designed for swimmers who enjoy racing on during practises or on a swim meet. This level requires more commitment and dedication to the sport of swimming.

Practices and competitions become a little more serious, and if a swimmer is fast enough, a whole new level of competitive opportunities arise. 

Benefits of joining the team include: Opportunity to train with team members.

Opportunity to represent The Empire Swim Academy or school at local, regional, national and International swim meets.

 

Adults Swimming

Adults Swimming is for everyone – whether you’re training for a triathlon or just want a good swim workout or wish to learn. Our highly trained coaches will guide you and help you perfect your swimming.

All four strokes, drills and skills taught and developed during our classes.

You know you can swim but you want to do it better? Let us help you with your technique and skills. Professional swim coach will be on poolside giving you feedback about your strokes, helping you improve.

Tell us your goals and we will help you achieve them. It’s also a great way to meet people and make new friends.

 

Code of Conduct and Behaviour

Every swimmer enrolled in our swimming programs will have to adhere to the swim club academy rules and regulations to make sure that the program and development is done in a professional manner, ensures the high quality of service.

Swimmers are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to classes commencing and collect a locker key from The Empire Academy Academy staff.

Swimmers are not allowed to enter the water without the supervision of a The Empire Swim Academy Coach.

Swimmers need to wait quietly on the pool side before the start of the lesson.

The Empire Swim Academy cap must be worn at all times during our lessons.

Swimmers are not allowed to leave the premises without Parents or a Guardian.

All Swimmers, Parents and Guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and appropriate manner at all times and to respect the facilities and their conditions of use.

If the swimmer cannot attend a swimming session please inform The Empire Swim Academy by mailing info@eswim.ru or via phone texting +79663595477 please include swimmers name, lesson day, time and a facility.

The Empire Swim Academy has no Refund policy. Refunds cannot be given at any time.

 The Coaches are not approachable during swimming session and training (if parents feel that anything needs to be discussed then please call outside coachin hours or make an appointment). Safety First.

Swimmers need to change in the changing rooms, swimmers are not allowed to change on the poolside or at a lobby of a swimming facility.

No parents are allowed on the deck during swim classes!!!

Swimmers are not allowed to chew gum or have any type of hard candy during their swimming lesson.

Please do not bring a sick child to class. We ask, to avoid spreading the illness any further, that you wait until your child is better before bringing them to class. If your child has a fever or a contagious disease, please stay at home until the illness has subsided. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor for the proper course of action.

If Swim Academy must cancel your child’s lesson (due to teacher illness, facility repairs, maintenance etc.) we will notify you as soon as possible via email, text message or phone call. In the event a lesson is cancelled on behalf of The Empire Swim Academy, tuition is credited toward a future lesson. If a coach is ill/away, Academy will organize a substitute coach for the lesson. We are unable to credit you for a class with a substitute coach.

Swimmers will be required to bring a SPRAVKA (Doctors Note) on the first class, stating that you/child allowed to visit a swimming pool. Facility staff may deny access to the swimming pool without a valid SPRAVKA.

How to register?

If you would like to join our swimming classes then please fill up the Registation Form or contact us via +7 966 359 5477 to make an appointment for a swimming assessments and class registration.

How does the assessment work?

Have your child ready to swim in appropriate swim wear and goggles a full assessment lesson 30 to 45 min.  At the start of the assessment your child will be asked to join a swimming level based on age and swimming experience.

Parents are requested to keep away from the pool at this time to allow the teachers to conduct the assessment. Once your child has been assessed the coach will provide you with a feedback on swimming skills and the swimming level your child should attend.

You can then choose sign up your child for the appropriate swimming course.

If you know the class level your child needs to enter then please find the suitable class timings in our schedule and let us know that you will bring your child.

Fees need to be paid at the first class to gain access to the swimming pool and the lesson.
