At Empire Swim Academy, we offer a comprehensive range of group classes designed to meet the needs of swimmers at every stage of their development. Our programs include:

  • Learn to Swim (Three Levels)

  • Advanced Swimming

  • Stroke Development

  • Pre-Competitive Training

  • Competitive Training

  • Adult Programs

Our mission is to help each swimmer reach their full potential by focusing on building strong swimming skills, promoting water safety, developing confidence in the water, and unlocking individual personal growth. We are committed to delivering the safest, most enjoyable, and most effective swimming lessons to as many individuals as possible.

Learn to Swim Program (Levels 1 to 3)

Our Learn to Swim program is designed to teach essential aquatic skills and personal water safety in the safest and most enjoyable environment. It is ideal for beginners and basic-level swimmers who wish to learn how to swim, enhance their swimming skills, or prepare for entry into our competitive programs.

Students are grouped according to similar swimming abilities, creating a supportive learning atmosphere where children can learn not only from their instructors but also by observing and interacting with their peers. We believe that group learning encourages faster skill development and builds greater confidence in the water.

Our Learn to Swim program focuses on safety, endurance, and proficiency, aiming for each student to confidently swim a minimum of 300 meters. Classes are conducted with a maximum instructor-to-student ratio of 1:6, ensuring individual attention while maintaining the benefits of group dynamics.

Advanced Program

Our Advanced program is designed to focus on the technical refinement of all swimming strokes while building the stamina and endurance required to prepare young swimmers for more intensive training at the next level.

Throughout the program, swimmers are continuously assessed by our coaches to monitor progress and readiness for advancement. Based on their development, swimmers will be placed into the appropriate next stage of their swimming journey.

The Advanced program is offered two days per week.
Please refer to our schedule, timing, and fee structure for full program details.

Stroke Development Program

Our Stroke Development program is tailored for young swimmers with prior swimming experience who are eager to refine their stroke techniques and overall swimming skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This program focuses on improving efficiency, form, and confidence across all major strokes. Children who excel in Stroke Development and wish to further their swimming journey will have the opportunity to transition into our Advanced or Pre-Competitive programs when they are ready.

Pre-Competitive Team

Our Pre-Competitive Team program is designed to foster a love for the sport of swimming while introducing swimmers to the early stages of competitive training. Led by our High Performance Coaching staff, this program offers swimmers the opportunity to experience professional-level coaching while developing their swimming skills and athletic potential.

Participants should be able to confidently perform freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke with proper rhythmic breathing, for at least 25 meters. This program serves as the foundation for swimmers who are ready to take the next step toward more intensive competitive training.

Competitive Squads

Our Competitive Squads program is designed for swimmers who thrive in a race environment, whether during practice or at swim meets. This level of training requires a higher level of commitment and dedication to the sport of swimming.

As practices and competitions become more focused, swimmers will have the opportunity to push their limits and advance to higher levels of competition. For swimmers who demonstrate exceptional speed and skill, a whole new range of competitive opportunities becomes available.

Benefits of Joining the Competitive Team:

  • Training alongside dedicated team members in a highly focused environment.

  • The opportunity to represent Empire Swim Academy (or your school) at local, regional, national, and international swim meets.

Adult Swimming Program

Our Adult Swimming program is designed for swimmers of all levels — whether you’re training for a triathlon, looking for an effective swim workout, or simply wish to learn and improve your swimming skills. Our highly trained coaches are here to guide you, offering personalized feedback to help you perfect your technique and achieve your goals.

In our classes, we focus on all four swimming strokes, incorporating drills and skills to enhance your performance. Whether you already know how to swim but want to improve, or you’re starting from scratch, our professional coaches will work with you to refine your strokes and technique.

Tell us your goals, and we’ll help you reach them. It’s not just about swimming — it’s also a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and make lasting connections.
